Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Please read these terms before using alcance.ng. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of alcance.ng (the “website”), operated by Alcance Technologies Ltd (“Alcance”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Nigeria. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Our products, such as Dali, Mall, Errand, Grow and One, have their own terms, which apply when you use them. Project work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- interfere with the website’s operation, for example through malware or excessive automated requests;
- scrape, copy or republish the website’s content for commercial purposes without our permission;
- use the website to send unsolicited or unlawful material, or to impersonate anyone.
3. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Alcance name and our product names, belong to Alcance Technologies Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the website for personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
4. Information on the website
The website describes our company, products and services for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not an offer or a binding description of any service. Features, availability and pricing are confirmed only in a product’s own terms or in a written agreement with us.
5. Links to other websites
The website links to our product sites and to third-party websites such as social media. Third-party websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the extent the law allows, Alcance is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
